Purchase Pixels

There are two ways to pay for pixels: PayPal (for smaller amounts) and Wire Transfer (for bigger amounts).

PayPal is an ideal payment method for purchasing 100 to 2,000 pixels.
Because the pixels are sold in US$100 blocks (10x10 pixels), please ensure you order the correct quantity of blocks.

Wire Transfer of funds to ProtectStar Foundation's bank account is ideal for larger purchases of pixels, eg. US$ 2.000 and above. Please contact us if you would like to arrange the purchase of pixels using a Wire Transfer.

Once you have paid for your pixels, please e-mail to info@pixels4help.org with the following:

  1. Attach your image as a GIF or JPEG (must be correct size for the pixels purchased)
  2. State where you want your graphic to be placed on the homepage (eg. " approx. 25 blocks across, 18 blocks down").
  3. State which website you would like your graphic linking to (must begin with 'http://')

Terms and Conditions

  • The minimum purchase is US$ 100 (100 pixels)
  • Funds must be fully recieved and cleared before your pixels go live on the homepage
  • When you 'buy' pixels at Pixels4Help you will not 'own' any part of the webpage or this site, but rather you are granted the right to submit an image and link which will then be published on the homepage in the respective space you have paid for
  • You cannot change the image or link once you have submitted them, so you must be sure of the image andlink you want on the homepage, which will be there for at least 10 years. The only exception is if you have a strong reason (eg. your site no longer exists, major structural change to your site, etc.) why you need a change to your image or link.
  • If your image and link are accepted and published on the homepage, you cannot get a refund
  • No obscene/offensive/adult images/links will be accepted, and our webmaster decide what is appropriate for Pixels4Help. If you submit an image or link that is rejected, you will have the opportunity to provide an alternative, otherwise your money will be refunded and you will lose your pixels
  • Images must be the exact size you have paid for (eg. 300 pixels = 20x15 or 30x10 or 60x5, etc. pixels)
  • Images must be in GIF or JPEG format, and a reasonable file size
  • Images must NOT be animated
  • Links must be to webpages only and begin with http://
  • You must have the authority to provide the image and link for the website you submit
  • There might be occasional downtime for site maintenence but we'll keep these to a minimum
  • Once you have ordered and the funds have cleared, we will aim to get your pixels online within 12 - 96hrs
